Darbo pobūdis:

• Key responsibilities
• Reporting to the Procurement Manager Northern Hemisphere , we are looking for a Local Buyer to successfully support all direct and indirect Purchasing categories. Main responsibilities:
• ▪Executing purchasing strategies
• ▪Executing local sourcing activities by managing country demands and supporting strategic initiatives
• ▪Managing queries and offer commercial evaluation
• ▪Responsible for order processing (Source to Pay process)
• ▪Master data and information management – Vendor Master, Credit Applications, NDA, SAP, COUPA, Spider and Third Party Due Diligence
• ▪Processing of requisitions and requests for pricing, information, proposals, quotations in the relevant system
• ▪Supplier / data research and negotiations
• ▪Analysing offers (price comparison, excel adjudication sheets, assessments, etc)
• ▪Maintaining supplier master data in the purchasing system

Reikalavimai:

• The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Knowledge of purchasing processes (focus: S2C/P2P), sourcing, negotiation techniques, contract management and operational procurement
• Previous experience in a similar role (essential)
• Previous experience in SAP
• Numerate & Analytical
• Proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel
• Investigative mindset
• Able to influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Have a university degree in (Supply Chain) Management, Logistics, Engineering or similar field
• Have professional CP qualification: CIPS / CPSM Certification (or similar) is an added value
• Fluent in English
