AML Specialist Advisor in Business Customers Onboarding Team

Excellent opportunity to join Welcoming & Orchestration Services and have an important part in customer’s journey. We are seeking a candidate with KYC experience and good customer service skills to join our onboarding team in multinational Welcoming & Orchestration Services Department.
As an AML specialist advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations while delivering expert service to our business customers onboarding to the bank.
If you are motivated, customer centric, have good attention to detail and feel good in operational environment you will be a valuable edition to our team of 15 skilled colleagues.

Mission
- Perform CDD for our business customers based on KYC and AML requirements
- Perform phone customer interviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple market areas
- Constantly improve and optimize processes using Lean principles
Skills
- Previous experience in financial sectors or back office
- Advanced communication skills
- High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a quick-changing environment and stay efficient
- Team oriented person with an open mind and “can-do” attitude
- Higher education
- Upper-Intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Specialist Advisor - AML.
